Corax Consulting Group has years of experience providing its customers with premium schedule management. From project conception to project closeout, Corax removes the stress of project scheduling for both owners and contractors.
Corax Advantage
We utilize CPM (critical path management) scheduling tools to plan and analyze our projects. We have utilized Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to execute our work. The Corax team has worked with projects to incorporate EVM from estimates. We follow our standard procedures to produce consistent results for our Clients every time. Corax follows industry best practices while innovating solutions to create and monitor leading indicators.
Our History
Our team of planners and schedulers have worked on projects varying from emergency outages to capital projects with budgets exceeding $1.8B. The Corax team has successfully worked with government agencies, owners, developers, construction managers, general contractors, and subcontractors through all stages of construction projects. We found a need in the industry for experienced schedulers to help with overflow for larger companies and provide scheduling for smaller firms that do not want to commit the budget for full time staff and software implementation.
